Shipping policy
Domestic, United Kingdom orders:
- Free shipping on all orders over £25 in value, in the U.K only. This will be automatically added at checkout.
- Please allow 1-2 business days (excluding weekends or holidays) for your order to be processed for shipping, after receiving your order confirmation email. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Understand we are a team of one, with only two hands so on busy days it can take a while longer to process your order.
- Pre-ordered items are processed within 1-2 business day of arrival in stock.
- Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at lauren@calmlycandles.co.uk. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has been shipped.
- Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
- Calmly Candles currently ships domestically (United Kingdom) using Royal Mail services.
- All orders will be posted with Royal Mail. If you choose Standard shipping your order will be sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class which aims to deliver within 3 workings days. If you choose Express shipping your order will be sent using Royal Mail 1st Class which aims to deliver next day if sent before cut off time in local post office, so allow 2 working days. All shipping times are not guaranteed.
Ireland orders:

North America, USA orders:

- All orders will be posted with Royal Mail International Tracked and Royal Mail aims to deliver in 5-7 working days. Please allow for delays that may occur at customs.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. For more details on or returns policy, see our refund policy page.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lauren@calmlycandles.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
